Watched on: May 28th, 2024. Not bad. The story I could care less about, as the characters themselves were pretty boring and didn't do much for me, whereas the actual werewolves (or Dogmen) effects were top-notch and scary asf looking. I was definitely impressed by the creatures as well as the gore. The fact that they made so many sequels.. well, i may have to do a binge-watch soon. But with that said, I enjoyed it, I just wish the story was something different or just better overall.

Watched on: May 27th, 2024. Wow! That was better than I expected. Film started out on a pretty harsh note, a very excessive scene.. but I guess when the story starts to unfold later, it makes sense on why it had to be done the way it did. The characters are fine... mostly one-dimensional, but the worst was the younger brother who was just asking for either an ass-kicking or his own untimely (and very much so inevitable) death, for starters. The death scenes were pretty good, grant it, it was all shot in the dark so it was somewhat obscured, but didn't stop the film from really showing off some impressive sfx. Anyways, without spoiling the ending... I recommend this 100% to anyone who wants a good obscure slasher to watch on a Friday night.. or really any night, it's a grand ol' time!

Watched on: May 27th, 2024. The initial first 20 minutes of the film wasn't too bad and the effects of the giant on screen, sitting on top of the obvious green screen (vice versa) was done pretty well for the time the picture was made. The overall sense of scale from the monster to the regular city and people had a good illusion to it. Oddly enough, despite being a black and white film, the very ending decided to show color, but that was very temporary as the end sceen "the end" came up in yellow and I was thru with the movie. It wasn't long, so length of the film was what it was, only about an hour and eight minutes, but unfortunately with the way some scenes drag out, it kept the movie feeling longer than it actually was... which isn't a good thing (imo). Overall, it was mediocre, but not the worst movie of the 50's.. that's for sure.

Watched on: May 25th, 2024. Not bad, but not the greatest found-footage film out there.. I think the fact that it was only 2 people that you were forced to watch for over an hour (not a very long movie btw - not even 90 minutes) gets tedious and boring quite quickly. Ending was somewhat predictable and reminded me of the movie Creep (sorta?) but not quite. I did like the premise: a youtuber turning into a mainstream tv-series and wanting to make his debut for said show better by exploiting his half-brother, etc. Not a bad idea, but just not enough material to keep a movie like this going... let alone entertaining enough. Anyways, I give this a below-average rating for what it is. Definitely on the more lower-tier side of found footage films hate to say.

Watched on: May 25th, 2024. Well.. this was trash. Boring asf, weird music that didn't fit the tone of the picture whatsoever, bad characters, weird narration when not needed in correlation with scenes... just a weird paced film. Even when the "war" began.. it was just 2 humans vs 10 bigfoot, which went as expected - realistically (if that's the word?) They left the only part you would be waiting for at the very last second... Yah, bad film.
