13 Ghosts (1960)
Watched on: Watched on: February 5th, 2024. Not good. It just wasn't anything worth my time, so yah.. It was a waste for sure. Boring and made me fall asleep (quite literally) many times, but somehow I still managed to finish the damn thing. If this was scary back then? Well, it definitely isn't now. Nothing holds up at all, especially the terrible special effects of the ghosts. Characters are low-brow / boring asf, so I definitely didn't care for them. This movie sucked.

For Richer or Poorer
Watched on: Watched on: February 5th, 2024. Pretty mediocre at best... the fact that budget was $35 million.. and sixteen of that was to pay Tim Allen himself is pretty insane to me, considering most actors aren't getting paid anywhere near that amount, tho I believe this was filmed / made in between his Home Improvement show, so.. I guess I get it? Anyways, this film wasn't anything special. It wasn't terrible either. It was just bland and unfunny... yah.

Jolly Roger: Massacre at Cutter
Watched on: Watched on: February 1st, 2024. Not bad for what it was, kinda reminded me of Curse of the Forty-Niner in terms of atmosphere. Kills were good, despite the cheap budget. A killer pirate is a pretty decent concept, so I dug it.

Shredder
Watched on: Watched on: February 1st, 2024. For such a short movie, it felt like 2 hours. The "killer" was faked out like three times before you figure out who they are, but.. the payoff is just ridiculous. Just a bad movie overall, nothing of note to even mention.

The Undertaker
Watched on: Watched on: February 1st, 2024. Boring asf, some of the kills were okay / gore was alright, but overall... very forgettable and a waste of time.

Eyes Wide Shut
Watched on: Watched on: January 30th, 2024. Very eerie and disturbing to certain degree... makes you wonder what Hollywood really is all about and what Stanley Kubrick was trying to tell us. *wink-wink*

Chopping Mall
Watched on: Watched on: January 30th, 2024. A really great film. Not your typical slasher or monster flick from the 80's, but a bit of a Terminator-esque gorefest instead. Not bad at all, I enjoyed it and definitely recommend it!

The Dogman Triangle: Werewolves in the Lone Star State

The Dogman Triangle: Werewolves in the Lone Star State
Watched on: Watched on: January 30th, 2024. Well... it was as typical as any other documentary I've seen. The use of AI-generated photo-realistic depictions of the various types of Dogman that has been spotted by said eye-witnesses from said documentary, was a bit... odd. Kinda takes me back to simpler times of the MonsterQuest days where someone in a suit would depict the monster of each episode based on accounts. It was more fun back then... whereas this made it seem very hokey and cringe-creepy pasta garbage. Overall though... it was as mediocre as it could be and I'm sure I'll forget about it within a couple of hours.

Gargoyle: Wings of Darkness
Watched on: Watched on: January 28th, 2024. Very mediocre, and it doesn't help that the Gargoyle looks like a PS1 rendered CG piece of shit. Nuff said.

Shriek of the Mutilated
Watched on: Watched on: January 27th, 2024. One of the worst Yeti-based (or just monsters in general) film I've ever seen... it dragged, dragged and just.. dragged forever. Characters were stupid, meaningless and I literally couldn't remember anyone's name throughout this film. The so-called "Yeti" in question ends up being fake and the whole movie comes down to being some crap about a cannibal cult.. or something like that. Anyways, this movie is trash.

Destroyer
Watched on: Watched on: January 26th, 2024. Not bad, this one was pretty straight to the point and had a good atmosphere to it. This seems to be one of those lost slasher flicks that never got a real good release, especially nowadays. Never heard of it until now and am glad I watched it (for the most part).

Flesh & Blood
Watched on: Watched on: January 24th, 2024. Damn good, this one is definitely a "keeper" in terms of medieval films. The atmosphere, characters, music, gore, etc. was all on point!

Brotherhood of the Wolf
Watched on: January 24th, 2024. I enjoyed it, despite its long duration of nearly 2 in a half hours. The horror aspect was sorta lacking as well as my expectations of the said "creature" of the film which is barely relevant throughout the film itself. It's a bit more on the betrayal / romantic / martial arts side.. which was an odd take to go with, but I'm not really complaining, it's more of just something I noticed while watching. Music was good as well, so I'll give the film that.
