Watched on: March 20th, 2024. Most anthologies I've seen were never that impressive to me, usually qualifying in only the mediocre rankings. But this? This is definitely one of the better ones I've seen in the genre and it probably helps that both John Ritter and Bryan Cranston were attached to this project. Pretty damn good, I would've loved to have seen this (as a kid) back when it came on tv back in the early 2000's, because I enjoyed it!

Watched on: March 20th, 2024. Not bad. It was slow at times as the pacing was a bit off and for a slasher film, the kills were very sparse / not enough imo. Main character was boring for the most part and I didn't really care too much for the plot itself, dude just seemed desperate for a girlfriend that he ends up getting anyway by the end, because "muh happy ending". Anyways, it was overall decent, but nothing to go writing home about.

Watched on: March 19th, 2024. Pretty good, tho.. I didn't expect the ending, it was quite random, especially the Misfits performing live part.. that was a bit weird but awesome at the same time. Went from being a sorta slasher flick to a dark comedy / mystery thing? I'm not sure what the film was trying to be... but it was fine, I guess. Not the best, not the worst. Somewhere in-between.

Watched on: Watched on: March 14th, 2024. It was pretty good at the start, but.. slowly but surely just dragged out til the end. Ended up being pretty mediocre and not very good, unfortunately.. considering I like the main actor in the film.

I've heard the English version has less blood / gore and that the actual Italian version is the more explicit version, but since I watched it on TubiTV, I must've watched the "wrong one" as they say, so... I found it disappointing in terms of "gore" effects and what not. Overall, it was a very mediocre film.

Watched on: Watched on: March 12th, 2024. The doll effects were pretty top-notch, ngl. Film itself was okay, not the greatest thing ever - it being only 2 years before Child's Play had come out - the overall storyline was as basic as you could get, but not necessarily in a bad way. The death scenes were alright, but felt tamed at the same time. Average horror flick at best.

Watched on: Watched on: March 12th, 2024. The concept of a bunch of slugs killing people when they least expect it is pretty hard to grasp, but.. "they" (the creators) made it work imo. I liked the overall tone of the film and the gore-effects were very well-done! I applaud the special (practical) effects. The movie itself in terms of story was fine, gave me sorta the vibes of 1988's "The Blob" as well as 1966's "Island of Terror" - which is a plus. Enjoyed it overall!

Well, not saying I expected much from this film.. after all, it's not mean to be taken seriously whatsoever, but as a film supposedly based on the game of the same title... it was disappointing. Some funny moments here and there, but overall.. a bit of a waste of time, ngl.
